The In-House Seminar will offer a good opportunity to encourage in-house counsel in Singapore and the region to consider the inclusion of WIPO ADR clauses in IP and technology agreements.
The Regional Seminar will help enhance the profile of the WIPO ADR services particularly in the area of international IP-related sports disputes.
The Meeting with IPOS will serve as a good discussion platform to invigorate the use of the current WIPO ADR options for IPOS proceedings.
The Meeting with DGIPR will enable progress towards the implementation of joint ADR procedures intended for next year. |
