||The agreed Work Plan 2014/2015 under the Funds-in-Trust for Building Respect for Copyright and Related Rights (FIT-ROK/BRIP) between WIPO and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) of the Republic of Korea, includes the organization of a WIPO MCST–KCC Interregional Workshop on Copyright Enforcement in the fourth quarter of 2014.
(i) to consider the value of copyright and related rights (CR) protection and enforcement to the social, economic and cultural development of the participating countries;
(ii) to provide basic training on remedies and CR enforcement measures, with a particular focus on the digital environment;
(iii) to discuss topical issues in the area of building respect for CR; and
(iv) to envisage national and transnational strategies for effective cooperation to build respect for CR.
