Mission objetives:
• Initiate the revision and adjustments of the workflow design for the Trademarks and Patents areas following the changes proposed by INAPI.
• Prepare the go on production of the IPAS EDMS performing the massive loading of the patent historic documents.
• Implement the mechanisms to perform the daily loading of new patent documents received on paper and via internet.
• Provide training on the daily operations and administration of the IPAS EDMS.
• Execute the Go on Production of the IPAS EDMS in the patents area.
• Provide initial post-production support on the IPAS EDMS for patents.
• Perform technical knowledge transfer on the usage of the EDMS API for the development of local interfaces.
• Continue the technical knowledge transfer on IPAS Designer.
• Define the project for the implementation of the IPAS EDMS in the Trademarks area.
• Define a project for the implementation of the future changes in the workflow of Trademarks, Patents and Industrial Designs required by the new Chilean IP Law expected to be in force at the end of the year.
• Initiate the definition of a project for the deployment of IPAS version 3.1, which should include among others a validation phase for MSSLQ Server database and user training on new IPAS functionalities.
• Define a plan to integrate IPAS in the current INAPI data disaster recovery plan. |
