In his letter of January 22, 2015, Mr. Igor Drozdov, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel, Skolkovo Foundation, invited WIPO to participate in the Skolkovo StartUp Tour, to be held in Vladivostok, Russian Federation, on April 2 and 3, 2015.
The event in Vladivostok will be a part of the International Project of the Skolkovo Foundation aiming to search for promising innovative projects and support young researchers and entrepreneurs to build up business based on high technologies, as well as to enhance their understanding of IP and encourage them to efficiently manage IP assets by using the international IP system.
In this regard, it is suggested that Mr. Evgeniy Sesitsky, Program Officer, WIPO Office in the Russian Federation (WRO), attend the event on April 2 and 3, 2015, participate in the ceremonies of official opening and closing of the event and make a presentation on WIPO capacity building activities to support innovation and creativity, and the global IP services. |
