Title: 1. To provide guidance and support to implement a technical solution to allow each applicant to download the PDF files containing the decisions affection his applications. 2. To provide support and guidance in the refinements of the workflow aimed at simplifying the administrative procedures. 3. To monitor the execution of the digitalization of historical backlog documents project. 4. To validate the changes introduced in the upload mechanism of the backlog documents into the EDMS. 5. To revise and test the current data Disaster Recovery Plan for IPAS and IPAS EDMS 6. To validate and deploy IPAS version 3.1.2 H28082017. 7. To define a continuing training plan for examiners, and revise the results of the training plan currently executed for the new 86 trademarks examiners recently hired by INPI. 8. To revise the existing training materials for examiners based on the improvements introduced on IPAS version 3.1.2. 9. To define a plan for the migration to Oracle 12c. 10. To define a validation and deployment plan for IPAS 3.4.0. 11. To revise the list of IPAS improvements suggested by users. 12.
