1. To define a project for the implementation of a full paperless office in the areas of Patents, Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Utility Models
2. To define a project for the implementation of digital signature for office documents in the areas of Patents, Trademarks, Industrial Designs and Utility Models.
3. To define a plan for the User Acceptance Testing of IPAS version 3.3.0.
4. To revise and validate the project document for the implementation of the Regional PPH.
5. To implement the first phase of the Regional PPH project.
6. To analyze and define a project for the future migration of the IPAS EDMS to a virtual environment located outside of the INAPI building.
7. To revise and adjust the trademarks workflow to allow the implementation of the new trademarks renewals procedures.
8. To pursue the revision of the generation of patent technical documents by the office in order to implement international standards and recommendations.
9. To upgrade the WIPO Publish system to the last version.
10. To revise the preparation of the existing historic patent technical documents to be uploaded to WIPO CASE.
11. To configure WIPO Publish for trademarks data extraction following the extraction rules defined by INAPI.
12. To execute a massive testing data extraction of trademarks bibliographic data for the Global Brand Database.
13. To define and initiate a project to upload into IPAS the Vienna Classification codes of trademarks being classified by an INAPI external contractor.
14. To analyze and design managerial statistics and performance indicators for the trademarks area using Jasper Reports.
15. To revise the progress made and assist the patents area on the training some 250 external examiners on the usage WIPO CASE. |
