1. To continue to work with the INPI Trademarks Directorate on the business process analysis for the adoption of the Madrid Protocol.
2. To continue to review the national trademarks procedures to ensure alignment with the requirements of the Madrid Protocol.
3. To assist the office in identifying possible modifications in the IPAS Trademarks workflow to implement the Madrid Protocol.
4. To validate the final business and technical requirements for the implementation of the trademarks co-ownership sub-project.
5. To validate the final business and technical requirements for the implementation of the trademarks multiclass sub-project.
6. To validate the Multiclass sub-project document and initiate its execution.
7. To validate the trademarks co-ownership sub-project document and initiate its execution.
8. To assist the office in other issues relating to the adoption of the Madrid Protocol.
9. To revise with the Trademarks Directorate management the final version of the Memorandum of Understanding.
10. To define and prepare a set of trademarks data to be used by the WIPO machine translation to prepare the trademarks translation from English to Portuguese.
11. To discuss the technical requirements for the possible deployment of the WIPO machine translation in INPI.
12. To work with the Industrial Designs team on the feasibility study of the implementation of IPAS. |
