In the framework of cooperation between the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the African Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO), WIPO has been requested to organize a regional seminar on patent related flexibilities by ARIPO’ Member States. This request was made by Mr. Fernando Dos Santos, Director General, ARIPO in the margins of the WIPO’ GAs 2017 and it is reflected in the WPs of the PLD and the African Bureau. |
