The objectives of the Workshop are to sensitize senior law enforcement officials and other agencies represented on the social and economic impact of counterfeiting and piracy; to discuss the content of the WIPO Training Manual on the Investigation and Prosecution of IP Crimes; and to ensure that officers are equipped to deal with IP and related crimes in a manner conducive to the implementation of Recommendation 45 of the WIPO Development Agenda |
