One-day Workshop on WIPO Mediation and Arbitration organized jointly with the CNB and with the support of the Institut National de la Propriété Intellectuelle (INPI) as well as some further associations. Parties from Europe continue to represent the largest user group in WIPO mediation and arbitration cases and the Center regularly receives requests for additional training on WIPO mediation and arbitration by IP stakeholders and neutrals based in Europe. The Workshop faculty includes a number of locally based speakers who will share their IP mediation and arbitration case experience. |
