1. With regard to the SCCR agenda item on “Proposal on the Part of the Russian Federation With Regard to Strengthening the Protection of Theatre Directors’ Rights at the International Level”, we have commissioned the study to Prof. Ysolde Gendreau (Canada) and Prof. Anton Sergo (Russia), according to the modalities requested by the Committee as in the document SCCR/37/3 (attached).
2. Prof. Gendreau notified us that she will come to Milan, Italy, on June 7, 2019. Taking this as an excellent opportunity to consult with her regarding the commissioned study, it is suggested to finance her travel Milan/Geneva/Milan within the same day.
3. A cost estimation is attached. The budget is available under W_________
