(1) Revise the National IP Strategy by identifying new priority areas and initiatives that are consistent with the current policy orientations and development policies of Cambodia as well as update the Implementation Plan based on the status of previously implemented initiatives and incorporation of cooperation projects and activities for implementation in the coming years that are targeted towards addressing new priority areas and initiatives.
(2) Draft two separate reports, i.e. one for DIP-MOC and another for DIP-MIH, that provide thorough assessments about possible areas for improvements in their respective legal environment, resource infrastructure, business processes, organizational competency and work efficiency as well as a set of specific recommendations, with a detailed implementation plan, to address the identified gaps and areas for improvement to achieve better efficiency and effectiveness in delivering intellectual property (IP) services to the local and global user community.
