It is proposed that Mr. Dorian Chambonnet, Associate Finance Officer, Finance Division, and Mr. Raul Jauregui, Senior Cost/Data Analyst, Program Performance and Budget Division, attend this Training which is being organised by the European Academy for Taxes, Economics and Law, on May 23 and 24, 2019, in Berlin.
The attached agenda contain several items of interest to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), including examples of practical applications of accrual accounting in the Public Sector, adapting business processes and staging the switch to an accrual basis, as well as optimising the interplay of accounting, budgeting and reporting.
