To hold a separate EIE Hub planning meeting from May 20 to 21 to discuss the activities for the EIE Innovation and Technology project under the Work Plan of FIT/Japan for the fiscal year 2019-2020 (commencing June 2019); and facilitate the attendance of the EIE Hub invitees to participate at the SESD Experts Meeting on Management of IP Assets by Government Sector from May 16 and 17, 2019 (ER19/1293).

P.S. only additional DSA and honorarium will be provided to the speakers for their extended stay to participate in the EIE Hub Meeting on May 20 & 21 back-to-back with SESD Meeting on May 16 & 17 (ER19/1293). Their participation in the SESD Meeting will be added to the ER of SESD as their TAs will have to be created in this meeting they're attending first and link with this ER for EIE. |
