The objective of the event is to raise awareness about the importance of the development of IP Policies in participating universities and research institutions. On the third day of the Workshop, consultation meetings are foreseen with the Industrial Property Protection Directorate of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply and the main relevant institutions, regarding the current status of the IP Policies and follow-up activities, and to also discuss launching a new WIPO TTO Network project in the Arab Region. |
