Please see attached the approved memorandum related to the organization of an Informal Information Session (IIS)
before the Thirty-Eighth Session of the IGC, as we have regularly done for previous sessions of the IGC.
Interpretation into and from English, French and Spanish would be provided.
It is proposed that coffee with biscuits be provided at the end of the IIS to allow the
participants to discuss informally with us and among themselves. |
