(a) to raise awareness about the importance of the development of IP Policies in participating institutions; and to provide senior administrators with information on good practices on the management of IP and commercialization of university research outcomes;
(b) to finalize the selection of institutions seeking to participate in the EIE Project to a wider audience in the public and private sector; and
(c) to raise awareness on the role of the patent system in accelerating the pace of technology scouting, absorption, adaptation, innovation and commercialization. |
