Taking into account the success of past events organized by the Arbitration and Mediation Center in China, and in order to continue its outreach to potential China-based parties to IP disputes, it is proposed that the Center and the WIPO Office in China organize two one-day Workshops on WIPO Mediation and Arbitration, in Shenzhen on October 16 and Shanghai on October 18. The events should further promote understanding of IP ADR and the use of WIPO ADR clauses and services in China and the region. |
