Following the completion of the first part of the Judicial Training Institutions Project in Nepal, mainly with the assessment of the training needs of the Judiciary in this pilot country, the designation of future trainers of intellectual property (IPRs) for the judiciary, and the customization of the training modules by the national consultant, and in full consultation and agreement with the National Judicial Institute of Nigeria (NJI) and the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC), a train-the-trainer program is suggested to be implemented according to the attached memo. Approved memo and cost, as well as list of local participants, program and signed cooperation agreement are attached. |
