WIPO IPAS, and IPAS EDMS system being used at the Intellectual Property Office of Papua New Guinea had technical problem during the office upgrade and reconfiguration of its network and servers. The problems were noticed only after weeks of migration of systems to new servers. For data inconsistancies in recent data backup, IPAS EDMS was restored from a few weeks old data backup. Training was provided to IT officials to recover the data gap. |
