Description: At the request of the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC), WIPO is providing technical assistance and expertise to the SPC in the development of proper IP management strategies and practical tools to enable countries that host the Festival of Pacific Arts (FOPA) to manage IP issues before, during and after the festivals, the 11th edition of which will be held in Solomon Islands in 2012.
