Document the overall status of the office (treaties, laws, HR and other resources).
Gather information and analyse the current business systems and ICT infrastructure in place in the office.
Document the priorities of the office and the requirements for future automation.
Document the needs for project pre-requisites including data capture, data quality improvement, system interfaces, ICT infrastructure, capacity building (new resources and or training) and other project components as necessary.
Introduce/Demonstrate WIPO business systems to the office (IPAS, EDMS, WIPOScan).
Report on the findings and develop an initial project plan for a possible project. |
