As part of the implementation phase of the ASEAN Industrial Designs Formalities Study, which WIPO conducted upon the request of the ASEAN Working Group on Intellectual Property Cooperation (AWGIPC) through the ASEAN Secretariat, with the objective of harmonizing the formality requirements of design registration systems of ASEAN Member States (AMS), a capacity building workshop will be held on November 29-30, 2023. In addition and taking advantage of the presence of AMS industrial design officials, the ASEAN Industrial Design Task Force (IDTF) will also hold their meeting on December 1, 2023, back-to-back with the workshop. |
