- discuss the scope and impact of counterfeiting and piracy in the region;
- build the capacity of participants to deal with IP infringements in accordance with Part III of the TRIPS Agreement, bearing in mind the flexibilities provided thereunder;
- promote the use of the customized WIPO Training Manual; and
- encourage strategic cooperation between stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. |
