To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the IPAS project which was implemented in 2023. The first country in ASEAN to use the IPAS system and began providing providing online publication services in 2021 using WIPO Publish.
2. Through the organization of thiss capacity-building workshop in Laos, officials from the selected ASEAN IP Offices will have opportunity to engage directly with Laos IP officials and benefit from observing the daily operations of the business systems. They will also have direct access to the business practices of the Laos DIP, which will allow them to benchmark their own technical expertise with that of their colleagues from Cambodia, the Philippines and Viet Nam. |
