Description: The Judicial Colloquium on Intellectual Property Rights for the judiciary of Cuba, which was approved to be held on October 4-6, 2022 but had to be canceled due to Hurricane Ian. After further discussions with the People’s Supreme Court of Cuba, it has been agreed to hold the Judicial Colloquium on March 20 and 21, 2024. The activity is included in the 2024 workplans of the WIPO Judicial Institute, the Division for Latin America and the Caribbean and the Copyright Law Division.
