(i) provide training on PCT procedure and processing of PCT applications, particularly for RO/TR, in English to users, IP office staff and other country representatives and encourage increased use of the PCT system; (ii) advertise TURKPATENT as an ISA/IPEA for the region;
(iii) provide an overview of Hague and/or run IP competitions; and
(iv) foster regional collaboration. |
