The Government of the Philippines has invited WIPO to partner in the organization of the Second Philippines Copyright Summit, to be held in Manila from October 21 to 25, 2024.
This major event will gather 200 copyright professionals from around the world to discuss the most topical issues on the copyright agenda. The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) has sent an invitation to the Director General of WIPO, and in his response, the Director General has confirmed WIPO’s readiness to contribute and your participation as the Head of the WIPO delegation.
The Copyright Summit will give an opportunity to present the WIPO Copyright agenda, to discuss important developments in the different creative sectors and to present WIPO’s flagship projects on creative economy data, music and accessible publishing.
