Reference is made to the implementation of Development Agenda Project DA_10_05, and in particular to the development of a national intellectual property (IP) strategy for Mali.
In the context of the Project, a meeting of experts was convened in Geneva on January 19 and 20, 2012, bringing together the consultants involved in the project’s pilot country phase, including Mr. Anthioumane N’Diaye, national consultant selected to lead the project in Mali, and Mr. Vladimir Yossifov, international expert appointed to assist Mali in the IP strategy formulation process. During the meeting, a request was made for Mr. Yossifov to participate in the final round of stakeholder consultations in Bamako, Mali, which is scheduled to take place on February 13 and 14, 2012.
