Understand the needs of Government of Cambodia on the integration of IP office management and provide analysis of the current situation
· Establish the feasibility of, and make recommendations regarding, integration of IP office management
· Explore and examine viable and possible project strategies for a response and recommend an appropriate project strategy to develop IP office business solutions in a way of supporting the integration of IP management
·Further discuss the possible ways and means to realize the management initiatives of Government of Cambodia
·Highlight any special issues of concern in the situation affecting the recommended project strategy and operational approach
·Facilitate a framework of cooperation between Cambodia and WIPO, supporting further office integration |
