- to finalize the project implementation programs and detailed action plans, based on itemized budgetary items that was previously agreed during the feasibility study;
- to arrange the project execution plans and monitoring scheme including the definition of roles and responsibilities during 2 year project cycle in order to best achieve the integration of relevant business systems;
- to finalize the project quality assurance scheme and discuss the possible cooperation structure among KIPO, KOICA and WIPO for the integration of Member State Module; and
- to make a final agreement on conditions and measures for efficient and effective project implementation. |
