The Regional Information Technology (IT) Workshop for Industrial Property offices in the Arab Region aims at updating the Industrial Property offices in the Arab Region on emerging IT systems, services and technologies, demonstrating WIPO’s approach for the deployment of its solutions and share experiences and challenges from offices in the region, by highlighting those that already made advances in their Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure. The overall objective is to help with the proper preparation, planning and support of systems deployments and operation, and maximize their impact on IP Office business services.
In this regard, the workshop is designed for the presentation and sharing of IT experiences among Member States through country reports, case studies and discussions during the four days of the program. |
