Reference is made to the letter of August 13, 2012, of Mr. Sula, General Director, General Directorate of Patents and Trademarks (GDPT) of Albania inviting WIPO to organize jointly with the GDPT a National Seminar on the PCT for users and for the staff of the Office (letter attached). Reference is also made to the discussions between the GDPT and the International Bureau’s Division for certain Countries in Europe and Asia. It has been agreed with Mr. Sula that the national seminar will be held in Tirana, on November 14 and 15, 2012. |
