A global conference exploring the role of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISCs) in facilitating international technology transfer and contributing to innovative solutions will take place virtually from November 29 to December 1, 2021.
With TISCs delivering critical advice and assistance to innovators and entrepreneurs in over 80 countries worldwide, the conference will look in detail at how TISCs can identify and help roll out technology solutions to local communities, foster collaborative innovation, and help innovators reach new markets.
Organized by WIPO in cooperation with the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), the event will feature perspectives and insights from WIPO Director General Daren Tang, CNIPA Commissioner Shen Changyu, and WIPO Assistant Director General Marco Aleman, as well as other leading experts and representatives of national TISC networks from around the world.
