Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pertanian Indonesia Kementerian Pertanian Republik Indonesia (Badan Litbang Pertanian) dan Centre De Cooperation Internationale En Recherche Agronomique Pour Le Developpement (Cirad), Republik Prancis sepakat untuk memperpanjang jangka waktu Memorandum of Understanding yang disebutkan di atas, sesuai dengan Pasal XVII ayat 1 untuk periode lain 5 (lima) tahun kecuali diakhiri oleh salah satu Pihak yang memberikan pemberitahuan tertulis 6 (enam) bulan sebelumnya.

 

SEBAGAI BUKTI, yang bertandatangan di bawah ini telah menandatangani Protokol ini.

 

DIBUAT dalam rangkap dua di Jakarta, Indonesia pada ________________dan Montpellier, Prancis pada______________________pada tahun dua ribu dua puluh dalam bahasa Inggris dan bahasa Indonesia, semua teks sama-sama otentik jika ada divergensi interpretasi, teks bahasa Inggris yang akan berlaku.
