Article 5 - Protected work
(3) A literary, dramatic or musical work including a collection of expressions of folklore (provided that such collections are original by reason of the selection or arrangement of their content) shall not be eligible for copyright protection unless it is recorded in writing or otherwise, and any reference in this Act to the time at which a work is made is a reference to the time at which it is so recorded.
Article 1 - Preliminary
"performer" means any actor, singer, musician, dancer or other person who acts, signs, depicts, delivers, declaims, plays in or otherwise performs, a literary, dramatic, musical, artistic work or expressions of folklore.
