- works of popular art.

Article 3 - Basic concepts

works of popular art- fairy tales, songs, dances, works of decorative-applied art and other results of art and amateur national creativity, not having a concrete author;

perfomer - actor, singer, musician, dancer or another natural person, who acts, sings, reads, recites, dances, interprets, plays a musical instrument or by other way performs the work of literature or art (including the works of public art), as well as the director-producer of performance and conductor*.
