The Director of the United International Bureaux for the Protection of Intellectual Property (BIRPI) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, in accordance with the provisions of the above international instrument, adopted at Stockholm, has the honor to notify him of the notifications deposited by the Governments of Brazil and the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in which those Governments indicate their desire to avail themselves of the provisions of Article 30(2) of the Stockholm Act of the Paris Convention.
