Technology and Innovation Support Centers for Start-ups

To support innovators in accessing, analyzing and using patent information, WIPO is fostering the development of Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISCs) in developing countries and countries in transition. TISCs are located in a variety of institutions, including patent offices, universities, research centers, and science and technology parks. They provide researchers, inventors and entrepreneurs with local access to patent information and innovation support services.
