The course offered by WIPO in partnership with INPI Brazil is free of charge, in Portuguese and comprises the fundamental aspects of intellectual property, including Brazilian legislation and case studies. The course is comprised of the modules: copyright, patents, trademarks, geographical indications, industrial design, protection of new plant varieties, unfair competition, technological information, technology contracts and international treaties.
