The topic of the webinar: PCT System: Amendments of the Claims
The webinar will cover the possibilities of adjusting the claims under Articles 19 or 34 of the PCT, without discussing the correction of obvious errors. The webinar will provide more details on which International Authorities and within what time frame such amendments can be filed, as well as on the accompanying documents.
The webinar will be held in Russian. During the webinar, you will have an opportunity to ask a specialist from Geneva all the questions you might have.
