Patent Drafting at the Core of Innovation Ecosystems
January 12, 2024
Technological innovation has become a condition for the progress and economic growth of countries all over the world. Our daily lives are more and more exposed to new and fast advancing technologies, which at the same time serve as the base pillars for others to create on top. Such ingenious creations don’t however translate into assets of economic value that easy. Securing the best available protection for those inventions can only happen if patents are drafted by skilled professionals.
To support patent professionals worldwide, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) developed the International Patent Drafting Training Program (IPDTP) in partnership with the International Federation of IP Attorneys (FICPI). This 8-month hands-on training experience receives every year forty worldwide participants, with diversified backgrounds and experiences and a common goal: boosting the growth of their countries’ innovation. The program enables professionals to develop their patent drafting skills while offering them network opportunities with other patent professionals.
Secure protection for yours or your client’s inventions while supporting innovation ecosystems by joining the 2024 course of the International Patent Drafting Training Program.
