Announcement of Outage of the ePCT System

The ePCT system was unavailable due to technical issues on March 28, 2024, from 2.50 p.m. to 4.40 p.m., Central European Time. We apologize for any inconvenience thus caused.

Applicants who were unable to meet a time limit fixed in the PCT Regulations because of the outage may avail themselves of the legal remedy under PCT Rule 82quater.2(a).
