PARAGRAPH 1. Citation 2. Commencement of Act No. 8 of 2010
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Minister of Trade and Industry by section 1 of the Industrial Property Act, 2010, the following Order is hereby made —
1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Property Act (Date of Citation Commencement) Order, 2012.
2. The 31st August, 2012 is hereby appointed as the date on which the Commencement of Act No. 8 ofIndustrial Property Act, 2010, shall come into operation — 2010
