《2013年專利條例 (修訂附表 1)令》
(由行政長官會同行政會議根據《專利條例》(第 514章 )第 153條作出 )
1. 生效日期 本命令自 2013年 6月 28日起實施。
2. 修訂《專利條例》 《專利條例》(第 514章 )現予修訂，修訂方式列於第 3條。
3. 修訂附表 1 (巴黎公約國及世界貿易組織成員國、地區及地方 ) (1) 附表 1，在“巴黎公約國”標題下的列表——
按筆劃數目順序加入 “文萊達魯薩蘭國”。
(2) 附表 1，在“巴黎公約國”標題下的列表—— (a) 廢除
“大阿拉伯利比亞人民社會主義民眾國”； (b) 按筆劃數目順序加入
“利比亞”。 (3) 附表 1，在“世界貿易組織成員國、地區及地方 (但不包括巴
黎公約國 )”標題下的列表—— 廢除

(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 153 of the Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514))
1. Commencement
This Order comes into operation on 28 June 2013.
2. Patents Ordinance amended
The Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514) is amended as set out in section 3.
3. Schedule 1 amended (Paris Convention countries and WTO member countries, territories and areas)
(1) Schedule 1, list under heading “Paris Convention countries”, after item “The Federative Republic of Brazil”—
Add
“Brunei Darussalam”.
(2) Schedule 1, list under heading “Paris Convention countries”—
Repeal
“The Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamahiriya”
Substitute
“Libya”.
(3) Schedule 1, list under heading “WTO member countries, territories and areas (not including Paris Convention countries)”—
Repeal

This Order updates the lists of Paris Convention countries and WTO member countries, territories or areas contained in the Patents Ordinance (Cap. 514).

本命令更新《專利條例》(第 514章 )所載的巴黎公約國名單和世 界貿易組織成員國、地區或地方名單。
