《2017年註冊外觀設計條例 (修訂附表 )規例》
(由行政長官會同行政會議根據《註冊外觀設計條例》(第 522章 )第 83條訂立 )
1. 生效日期 本規例自 2017年 4月 1日起實施。
2. 修訂《註冊外觀設計條例》 《註冊外觀設計條例》(第 522章 )現予修訂，修訂方式列於第 3條。
3. 修訂附表 (巴黎公約國及世界貿易組織成員 ) 附表，在 “已加入《世界貿易組織協議》的國家、地區及地方 (但並不包括已加入《巴黎公約》的國家 )”標題下的列表，在 “馬爾代夫共和國”項目之前——
加入 “阿富汗伊斯蘭共和國”。

Registered Designs Ordinance (Amendment of Schedule) Regulation 2017
(Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 83 of the Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522))
1. Commencement
This Regulation comes into operation on 1 April 2017.
2. Registered Designs Ordinance amended
The Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522) is amended as set out in section 3.
3. Schedule amended (Paris Convention countries and WTO members)
The Schedule, list under heading “Countries, territories and areas which have acceded to the World Trade Organization Agreement (not including countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention)”, before item “The Republic of Cabo Verde”—
Add
“The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan”.

如任何人已在世界貿易組織成員國、地區或地方，就某項外 觀設計申請註冊，而該人在香港提交相應的申請，則香港作 為世界貿易組織成員，須讓該人在訂明期間，就有關的申請 享有優先權利。
2. 阿富汗已加入《世界貿易組織協議》。本規例更新《註冊外觀 設計條例》(第 522章 )所載的世界貿易組織成員 (但並不包 括已加入《巴黎公約》的國家 )列表，以納入該國。
Explanatory Note
As a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Hong Kong is obliged to grant to a person who has filed an application for registration of a design in a WTO member country, territory or area a right of priority during a prescribed period for the purpose of filing a corresponding application in Hong Kong.
2. Afghanistan has acceded to the World Trade Organization Agreement. This Regulation updates the list of WTO members (not including countries which have acceded to the Paris Convention) contained in the Registered Designs Ordinance (Cap. 522) to include it.
