ပြည်ဒောင်စုလွှတ်ဒတာ်သည် ဤဥြဒေြုိ ပြဋ္ဌာန်းလိုြ်သည်။
၁။ ဤဥြဒေြုိ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုိ ပြင်ဆင်သည့်ဥြဒေ ဟု ဒခါ်တွင်ဒစရမည်။
၂။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၅ တွင် ြါရိှဒသာ “officers, soldiers, sailors or airmen in the service
of the Government” ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ “Defence Services Personnel” ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့်
အစားေိုးရမည်။
၃။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၁၉ ၏ ဥြမာ (ခ) နှင့် (ဃ)၊ ြုေ်မ ၁၁၈ ၏ ဥြမာ၊ ြုေ်မ ၁၂၄၊ ြုေ်မ ၁၆၁ ၏

၄။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၂၁ ၏-
(ြ) ေုတိယ၌ြါရိှဒသာ“Military, Naval or Air Forces of the State” ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ
“Defence Services” ဆိုသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေိုးရမည်။
( ခ ) ြဉ္စမ၌ြါရိှဒသာ “member of a village committee” ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ “administrator
of ward or village-tract” ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေုိးရမည်။
( ဂ ) ဧြာေသမ၊ ဥြမာ၌ြါရိှဒသာ “A Municipal Commissioner” ဆုိသည့်စြားရြ်ြုိ
“A member of Development Committee or Body”ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ပြင့်
အစားေိုးရမည်။
(ဃ) ဧြာေသမ၊ ရှင်းလင်းချေြ် ၃ ၌ ြါရိှဒသာ“Union Parliament” ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ
“the respective Hluttaw”ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့်လည်းဒြာင်း၊ “any municipal”
ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ “any Development Committee or Body” ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့်
လည်းဒြာင်း အစားေိုးရမည်။
၅။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၄၉ တွင် ြါရိှဒသာ “British calendar”ဆုိသည့်စြားရြ်ြုိ” Gregorian
calendar” ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေိုးရမည်။

၉။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၆၇၊ ၆၉ ၏ ဥြမာ၊ ၄၂၇ နှင့် ၄၂၉ တုိတွ့င်ြါရိှဒသာ “fifty kyats”ဆုိသည့်
စြားရြ်ြုိ “five thousand kyats”ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့် အသီးသီး အစားေုိးရမည်။
၁၀။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီး ြုေ်မ ၆၇၊ ြုေ်မ ၆၉ ၏ ဥြမာ၊ ြုေ်မ ၁၆၀ နှင့် ၄၃၅ တိုတ့ွင် ြါရှိဒသာ “one
hundred kyats”ဆိုသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ“ten thousand kyats” ဆိုသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့် အသီးသီး
အစားေိုးရမည်။
၁၁။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၆၉ ၏ ဥြမာတွင် ြါရိှဒသာ“seventy- five kyats”ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ
"seven thousand and five hundred kyats”ဆိုသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေိုးရမည်။
၁၂။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၁၂၄-ြ တွင် ြါရိှဒသာ “with transportation for life or any shorter term,
to which fine may be added, or with imprisonment which may extend to three years,
to which fine may be added, or with fine” ဆိုသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ “with imprisonment
for a term of twenty years, to which fine may be added, or with imprisonment which may
extend to seven years, to which fine may be added, or with fine” ဆိုသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့်
အစားေိုးရမည်။

၁၃။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးအခန်း ၆-ြ ဒခါင်းစဉ်တွင် ြါရှိဒသာ “OFFENCES RELATING TO
CERTAIN PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE CONSTITUTION AND ACTS
OF THE PARLIAMENT” ဆိုသည့် စြားရြ်ြို “OFFENCES RELATING TO
CERTAIN PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE
REPUBLIC OF THE UNION OF MYANMAR AND THE EXISTING LAWS”
ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေုိးရမည်။
၁၄။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၁၃၀-ြ တွင် ြါရိှဒသာ “in sections 15,17,19,20, or sub-sections
(2) and (3) of section 23 of the Constitution of the Union of Myanmar or in any Act
enacted by the Parliament of the Union of Myanmar”ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ြုိ “in sub-
section (b) of section 36, sections 348, 349, 350, 351, 352, 353, 354, 355, 356, 357,
358, 359, 360, 368, 369, 370, 371, 372, 376, 380 and 381 of the Constitution of
the Republic of the Union of Myanmar or in any existing laws”ဆိုသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့်
အစားေုိးရမည်။
၁၅။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီး အခန်း ၇ ဒခါင်းစဉ်တွင် ြါရှိဒသာ “OF OFFENCES RELATING TO
THE ARMY, NAVY AND AIR FORCE” ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ြုိ “OF OFFENCES
RELATING TO THE DEFENCE SERVICES” ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေိုးရမည်။

၂၄။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၁၇၁-စ ၏ ခ င်းချေြ်ြုိ ြယ်ြျေြ်ရမည်။
၂၅။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၂၁၆ ြဉ္စမအြုိေ်၌ြါရိှဒသာ “extradition”ဆုိသည့်စြားရြ်ြုိ “extradition
or the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Law”ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေုိးရမည်။
၂၆။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၂၂၂ တတိယအြုိေ်နှင့် ြုေ်မ ၂၂၅ စတုတ္ထ အြုိေ် တုိတွ့င်ြါရိှဒသာ “transportation
for life or to transportation or imprisonment for a term of ten years or upwards;”
ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ြုိ “imprisonment for a term of twenty years or imprisonment for a term
of ten years which may extend to twenty years ” ဆုိသည့် စြားရြ်ပြင့် အသီးသီး အစားေုိးရမည်။
၂၇။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၃၃၅ တွင်ြါရှိဒသာ “two thousand kyats” ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ြို
“two hundred thousand kyats"ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေိုးရမည်။
၂၈။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီး ြုေ်မ ၃၆၁ တွင်ြါရိှဒသာ “under sixteen years of age if a female”
ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ြို “under eighteen years of age if a female”ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ပြင့်
အစားေိုးရမည်။
၂၉။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးတွင် -
(ြ) ြုေ်မ ၃၇၅ ၏ ြဉ္စမ၌ြါရှိဒသာ“fourteen years of age”ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ြို
“sixteen years of age”ဆိုသည့်စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေိုးရမည်။
( ခ ) ြုေ်မ ၃၇၅ ၏ ြင်းလွတ်ချေြ်၌ြါရိှဒသာ “thirteen years of age” ဆုိသည့်စြားရြ်ြုိ
“fifteen years of age” ဆုိသည့်စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေုိးရမည်။

၃၀။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၄၁၇ တွင်ြါရိှဒသာ“one year”ဆုိသည့်စြားရြ်ြုိ “three years”ဆုိသည့်
စြားရြ်ပြင့် အစားေိုးရမည်။
၃၁။ ရာဇသတ်ကြီးြုေ်မ ၁၇၁-ဇ ၏ ခ င်းချေြ်၊ ြုေ်မ ၄၂၈၊ ၄၃၅ နှင့် ၅၁၀ တုိတွ့င်ြါရိှဒသာ “ten kyats”
