ملاحظات Section V of Title IV, and Section IVG of Title VII under Book One, Part One of this consolidated version of the Civil Procedure Code (the "CPC") contains provisions relating to IP enforcement procedures.
Among other Acts adopted in 2023 amending the Civil Procedure Code, the "Act of March 9, 2023, on Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code and Other Acts" introduced amendments (in force from July 1, 2023) to Arts. 755 § 2^2, 7301 § 1, Art. 7301 § 1^1, Art. 736 § 5, Art. 730 § 2, and Art. 755 § 2^3 (amendments relating to Art. 479^89) of this consolidated version of the CPC, regarding interim relief in intellectual property cases, among other matters.
The said consolidated version of January 17, 2024 of the Civil Procedure Code (also known as "Act of November 17, 1964") takes into account amendments up to the following amending Acts adopted in 2023:
- Act of July 7, 2023, on Amendments to Civil Procedure Code, Act on the System of Common Courts, Act, Criminal Proecedure Code and Other Acts. which entered into force on September 29, 2023.
- Act of July 28, 2023, on Amendments to Act on Bridging Pensions and Other Acts, which entered into force on September 22, 2023.
- Act of July 28, 2023, on Amendments to the Civil Code and Other Acts, which entered into force on November 15, 2023.
- Act of July 28, 2023, on Amendments to the Code on Family and Guardianship and Other Acts, which enters into force on February 15, 2024.
- Act of July 7, 2023, on Support Benefits, which entered into force on January 1, 2024.
- Act of March 9, 2023, on Amendments to Act on Competition and Consumer Protection and Other Acts, which entered into force on March 20, 2023.
- Act of January 26, 2023, on Amendments to Acts Relating to the Elimination of Unnecessary Administrative and Legal Barriers, which entered into force on May 12, 2023.
- Judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal of April 12, 2023, which became valid from April 19, 2023.
- Act of March 9, 2023, on Amendments to the Civil Procedure Code and Other Acts, which entered into force on July 1, 2023.
- Act of March 9, 2023 on Amendments to the Act on Enforcement Proceedings in Administration and Other Acts, which enters into force on March 25, 2023.
- Act of March 9, 2023, on Amendments to Act on Counteracting Domestic Violence, and Other Acts, which entered into force on June 22, 2023.
- Act of January 26, 2023, on Amendments to Civil Procedure Code and Other Acts, which entered into force on March 17, 2023.
