Protection of Works Originating in the United States of America
Copyright (United States) Order, 5713—1953*
[Omissions]
- A work first published in the United States of America shall be protected in Israel as though it had been first published in Israel.
- An unpublished work of an author who at the date of the making of the work was a citizen of the United States of America shall be protected as though its author were an Israel national.
- This Order shall have effect retroactively as from the 5th Iyar, 5708 (14th May, 1948).
4. This Order may be cited as the Copyright (United States) Order, 5713—1953.
