Short title. 1. This Order may be cited as the
PROTECTION OF NEW PLANT VARIETIES ACT (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER.
Commencement 2. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 54 of the
of Chapter 255. Protection of New Plants Varieties Act and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, GODFREY SMITH, Attorney General, do hereby appoint the 9th day of July, 2001, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
